On this episode Mark Patterson (Founder/Managing Partner – Sage Brothers Consulting) joins us as we dive into what sales was when he first broke out in the oilfield in the 80s. We chat about his pervious roles and how things have changed from the oilfield when he started at (4,500 rigs) to where we are at today. He saw a need for company’s who need to transition leadership from the older generation to the newer generation, which is what led him to create and launch his own company in the middle of a pandemic. One thing Mark loves and discusses is that the Oil and Gas industry is not a steel industry, it is a people industry where relationships matter.
